Client Services Officer – Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking
What You'll Be Doing
The Client Services Officer works collaboratively with the Client Services team to support Financial Advisers by delivering high quality administrative and client service support. This helps to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients while keeping day to day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your day may include:
Act as primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and external providers through timely, proactive and professional communication.
Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required documentation.
Coordinating and confirming appointments
Assisting with implementing financial advice recommendations
Preparing paperwork & implementing advice implementation.
Assist with preparing advice implementation documentation for SoAs.
Liaising with fund managers and service providers
Maintain client records with accurate and timely information in accordance with AFSL and regulatory obligations.
Supporting advisers with administration and workflow management
Helping improve processes and contributing to team success
This is a varied and hands on role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll gain valuable exposure to high quality financial planning processes while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth and development.

This position is integral to the day-to-day support of our office, and we are seeking someone who values quality work, aligns with our values and core beliefs, and is committed to growing and developing within the role as responsibilities and ownership increase over time.
Experience with Xplan CRM, Calendly or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook) will be highly regarded.
Financial Services or Financial Planning studies are beneficial, but not essential.
