Employment Type: Part Time Fixed Term Contract (with potential to extend)
Salary - $90,000 - $100,000 p.a. plus super, depending on experience, prorated across 3 or 4 days a week from commencement date to 18 December 2026.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile initiative designed to grow the financial advice profession both in Australia and internationally.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across education, policy, membership, government, universities, regulators, and international professional associations, you will coordinate projects that support global education initiatives.
This role combines strategic project coordination, stakeholder engagement, administration, product research and validation plus implementation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple initiatives and building relationships that drive meaningful outcomes.

You are a highly organised Project Co Ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, ideally within financial services, education, professional associations, government, or similarly regulated environments.
- Experience in localisation or delivery of global or cross-country services.
- Experience in product design and market validation of new services.
- Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to coordinate competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience identifying risks and implementing practical solutions.
- Strong administration and documentation management capabilities.
- Demonstrated resilience and persistence in maintaining project momentum, proactively engaging, motivating, and influencing stakeholders to ensure progress continues.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or project management qualifications are desirable
