This represents an outstanding opportunity with a growing wealth management firm based in the inner city suburbs. This firm is lead by a team of friendly and down to earth directors. The culture of the firm is second to none.

ROLE

Due to growth, the position of Senior Financial Adviser has been created. This position will suit a high performing senior adviser who is committed to providing high quality advice.

The role will involve the following:

Grow a client portfolio through warm referrals provided
Coordinate advice delivery (face to face/digital)
Collaborate with paraplanners, accountants and the investment team to ensure effective strategies are implemented
Ensure the highest levels of compliance are adhered to
CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

5+ years experience in Financial Planning
Relevant qualifications
Extensive experience with a wide variety of financial products
Experience with direct investments, SMSFs, trusts, investment companies
Ability to convert and win over new clients
Exceptional client relationship management experience and outstanding ability to focus on retention
Outstanding longevity and a stable employment history (non negotiable)
A team player who can contribute to office culture in a positive manner
Exceptional communication and presentation
BENEFITS

The successful candidate will be remunerated with a salary package of $120-140k + Super and have the opportunity to earn incredibly uncapped bonuses. Top performers are on inexcess of $200k
